This sale is a great time to shop for Mothers Day.
Two pieces have been added to sale. A beautiful Tall Antique mahagony chest of drawers made by 'The Davis cabinet company', Nashville TN.
Also a large old Lane cedar chest. beautiful wood. I'm adding photos.
Update April 19th: Now that we have the furniture in place, we have been bringing out all of the items which had been packed away while the house was on the market to be sold.
OMG...I will be posting more photos tomorrow evening. There are cameras still in boxes, crystal glasses, collectable art glass, pottery, exotic wood, a lovely daybed, a baby crib/ childs bed, mid century collectables and much more. a set of 15 child craft books. Lots of picture frames in all sizes, most never used.
This is house filled with treasures. We are also combining many items from another estate. We are still in the process of unpacking boxes and will be providing more photos and info as we get closer to the sale date. All of the furniture is in excellent condition. There is a beautiful cherry dining set with lighted hutch and table with two inserts and six chairs. The chair cushions are covered in plastic. We have an oval kitchen table from the 60's with one leaf in excellent condition. The table has six maple chairs. There are two full size sofas and one loveseat, two matching lazyboy chairs,coffee table and two end tables, a white wicker bedroom set including headboard,dresser with mirror, side table and matching chest. There is a lovely mahogany desk, antique mohagany bookcase, stunning mid century Danish modern maple console with Packard Bell turntable and speakers, set of 15 'childcraft encyclopedias. Vintage clothing, handbags, and much much more...
We have found a pair of beautiful side chairs both still have original labels. They are made by the Liberty Chair co. N.C. They are dated April 24, 1929. See Photos
A bid box is available on site which will be opened on Sunday.
