CHECK/CREDIT CARD POLICY: We accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express ($25.00 minimum purchase required). Returned checks will be charged a $35.00 return check fee.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Please review your purchases carefully, all items are sold as is and all sales are final. You must take custody of your purchases no later than 6 p.m on the last day of the sale. We will be happy to assist you with loading your purchases at the end of business hours. We offer delivery service in the local area for a nominal fee.

Part II of the estate sale conducted last week includes the house and the shed. This portion of the sale is equally as packed as last week. I am going to call this a scavengers hunt because there is no telling what you might find. We are on day 3 of cleaning out the attic.The house has some mid century modern as well as some high quality vintage furniture to include many pieces of Craftique.
