CHECK/CREDIT CARD POLICY: We accept Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express ($25.00 minimum purchase required). Returned checks will be charged a $50.00 return check fee.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Please review your purchases carefully, all items are sold as is and all sales are final. You must take custody of your purchases no later than 4 p.m on the last day of the sale. We will be happy to assist you with loading your purchases at the end of business hours.

Last minute pop up estate sale. This house was built in 1916 and is PACKED. This is not set up like our traditional sales, The contents are not organized, it has not been cleaned and nothing is priced. Essentially this is a pickers dream — there is absolutely no telling what you will find. We stepped in the house for the first time Saturday afternoon. Monday is the last day!
