Our Policy for a 3 Day Estate Sale
Thursday before the sale begins, an Early Sign-Up List will be available at the door starting at 5:30PM and will remain out until we open on Friday at 9:00 AM. If you would like to call and have your name placed on the list, we will take phone sign-ups from 5:30PM - 7:00PM Thursday only. Numbers are given out from the Early Sign-Up list at 8:30AM Friday morning. You must be there to get your number or we will go to the next on the list.

Payments accepted: Cash, Checks with a valid driver's license, MC, VISA, AE & Discover
We offer a delivery service by professional movers. See one of our staff for a quote and a delivery form. Deliveries are generally made on Sunday. If you are moving your own purchase and need assistance, please make sure to bring extra help.
We love hearing from our customers, but PLEASE don’t ask for prices prior to opening day. There is still more pricing to do before we open on Friday. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you at the sale.
