Terms: Cash and check/credit card with proper identification. Cash only line will be available to aid in speed of check out. Items are sold as is and all sales are final. 6% tax applies, if exempt, your reseller number is required. It is your responsibility to move furniture and larger items once purchased. There are stairs. We will be happy to make arrangements for pick-up of large items following the sale.

We will follow state of Virginia COVID guidance at the time of the sale.
