Kathie Moore helped revolutionize the local music scene beginning in the 70s, and for over 40 years became known as this area’s “Music Mother,” making bands abide by a plan to respect management, show up on time and book only through her. In turn, she got them work and valuable exposure and promotion. She was like hell on wheels, always listening to music and scouting talent!

Kathie’s love of music, friends, laughter and great parties were the kind of things that brought her joy. Kathie was truly a kind person throughout.
Kathie has left her collections and belongings to be sold and donated to charities she chose.
