Terms: Cash and check/credit card with proper identification. Items are sold as is and all sales are final. 6% tax applies, if exempt, your reseller number is required. You will need to bring help to remove furniture and larger items. Large items must be picked up after hours or following the sale. It is a full house! Sale starts Saturday, continues Sunday and Monday.

Written left bids/offers are always considered during the course of the sale and are evaluated each evening.

We will follow state of Virginia COVID guidance at the time of the sale.
