3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Auction Process
4.1 Each auction will be governed by specific rules posted in relation to that auction. All auction items are “as is” and no refunds will be issued for failure to thoroughly inspect items for use and condition. Please contact us for any clarifications or with any questions, and attend preview if you are able.
4.2 The winning bidder is obligated to complete the transaction. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as account suspension or legal action.

5. Fees and Payments
5.1 We have no hidden fees of any kind. We charge a 15% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax. By bidding, you agree to pay these fees. Please provide tax exemption status documentation within your bidder profile.
5.2 Payments must be made by the methods approved and listed on our platform.

6. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from:
6.1 Using any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper working of the site.
6.2 Undertaking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

A well-appointed single-estate auction with a strong Asian antiques component, quality mahogany furniture, hand-knotted rugs, and a full complement of household contents.

Asian antiques and art are led by an 18th century Chinese Rose Medallion centerpiece bowl on stand, a pair of Chinese ancestor portraits painted on silk, Canton famille rose porcelain plates, a Chinese hunting scene painting, a Chinese carved altar-style side cabinet, a Japanese Shibayama-style four-panel table screen, a Gold Imari hand-painted porcelain garden stool, carved soapstone figures with snuff bottle and bi disc, and a boxed pair of cloisonné Baoding health balls.

Furniture highlights include a Maitland-Smith flame mahogany double-pedestal dining table with eight Chippendale-style chairs, a Brandt mahogany demilune fold-over games table, an antique corner cabinet with dentil molding, two antique Chippendale flame-grain four-drawer chests, an antique pine step-back cupboard, a dovetailed blanket chest with till, a Macey three-stack barrister bookcase, an American Drew poster bed with burl panel headboard and matching bow-front chest and burl armoire, a Victorian Aesthetic Movement three-panel folding screen, a Victorian tiger bamboo étagère, a Braxton Culler rattan seating suite, and all-weather wicker patio furniture.

Rugs include four hand-knotted Kerman-style wool rugs, two of them room size at approximately 12' x 9'.

Paintings and prints feature Kevin Dyer signed limited editions "Rising I" and "Rising II," a Cathy Codington passionflower watercolor and ink, framed botanical prints, a Jessie Willcox Smith museum poster, and a signed 1995 Maymont House print.
