- Prices are FIRM, but if you're interested in an item and would like to leave a bid, you're welcome to do so. We’ll follow up after the sale if your bid is accepted.

🚗 Parking Info:

- Furniture pickup ONLY near the barn (limited spots).

- General parking is available in the lower field.

- Please note: the walk from the field is uphill and may be difficult for guests with mobility concerns.
