An 18% buyer's premium will be added to the final hammer price.

Pickup address, dates, and times will be provided to winning bidders. Buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary packing materials, tools, and assistance for loading purchases.
FAILURE TO PICK UP
Items not collected during the scheduled pickup period may be considered abandoned without refund.
AUCTION CLOSING
This auction features a soft close. Lots receiving bids near their scheduled closing time may be extended to allow additional bidding.

Rivanna Auction Co. presents a timed online auction featuring over 175 lots from the Estate of Alice Clifford, a longtime Palmyra, Virginia resident known for her artistic talents, love of local history, and lifelong passion for collecting.
Over many decades, Ms. Clifford assembled an eclectic collection through auctions, estate sales, family inheritances, and her own creative pursuits. An accomplished portrait artist, pianist, doll costumier, collector, and steward of her historic home, she filled her household with antiques, decorative objects, artwork, furniture, collectibles, and unique finds that reflected a life of curiosity and appreciation for craftsmanship.
This auction offers a diverse selection of estate property, including Victorian Eastlake furniture, Federal-style eagle mirrors, Aladdin lamps, stoneware crocks, vintage lighting, decorative arts, Hollywood Regency décor, primitive furnishings, collectibles, artwork, glassware, architectural pieces, and estate-found treasures throughout.
Many items remained in the Clifford home until the estate was settled and are being offered through the estate's personal representative. Together, they provide a glimpse into a warm, well-lived-in household and the collecting interests of a longtime Fluvanna County resident.
