*Buyer enters the property at their own risk and by doing so, agrees to not hold the sale host of any liability for any accidents or injuries that take place while on the property
* Buyer must provide their own help for carrying and loading purchased items to their vehicles. WE WILL NOT HAVE ANYONE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU ON DAY OF SALE.
•We will not allow backpacks, totes, or Lg. purses. Please leave them in your car until you have checked out.
*We do not allow food or drink, smoking/vaping, pets or ESA inside the sale property.
*Please do not block neighboring home driveways and please do not enter the back yard. Nothing in the shed is for sale.
*Do to the amount of glassware and breakable items, children under 13 will not be allowed at this sale. Children over 13 must stay with their parent or guardian while in the premises. REMEMBER, YOU BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT!!
*Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at anytime.
