Terms of Sale:
6% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. Zelle cash app accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License. If you are Tax Exempt, you must have a VA Tax Exempt form on file before your purchase.

Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements. Bring help to lift items over 20 pounds as we are not able to assist.

We will pass out numbers beginning at 4:00 PM on Thursday, March 5, 2026. Numbers will also be passed out beginning at 8:00 AM on Friday, March 6, 2026. We will allow the first 30 folks in. We will allow others in after the first 30 disperse.

Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property.

Items to be removed during the Estate Sale. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment. All items must be removed no later than Monday, March 9, 2026, unless you have made arrangements for a later pick-up. Any items not picked up by 3/9/2026 will be considered forfeited and will become the property of All In Trading and Auction Co LLC.

Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.

We suggest calling the following local moving companies for assistance with moving furniture:

All In Trading & Auction Co LLC is honored to assist the loving grown children with the Estate of their late mother, Kathaleen Evans Brauer, co-owner of Islander Antiquities in Poquoson.  Kathy passed away peacefully in June 2025 with her family by her side.  Kathy was known for her fun-loving spirit and infectious laughter.    She will be remembered for her entrepreneurial spirit and as someone who loved to collect and share cherished things. 

Kathy co-owned Islander Antiquities in Poquoson with her closest friend.  The shop was a reflection of her love for unique treasures and her keen eye for beauty.  After Kathy passed away, Kathy’s items in the shop were moved to her home.  Kathy’s large home is filled to the brim with a vast array of lovely antiques and vintage collectibles.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR WITH THE ESTATE SALE DATES!!

We at All In Trading have only just begun to prepare for this special Estate Sale that is SO Large that we have planned two Estate Sales in March 2026!  The first Estate Sale will be March 5 through March 8, 2026.  The second Estate Sale will be Thursday, March 19,  Friday, March 20, Saturday, March 21, and Sunday, March 22.  Photos for the second Estate Sale will not be published until Tuesday, March 10 and will build until Thursday, March 19.  The second Estate Sale will contain items for sale that will not be available in the first Sale.  

Please check back often as we won’t be starting to sort and prepare the Estate Sale until January.  We will work up to the start date of the first Estate Sale and will post photos and details until March 5th.

We have posted a few photos now so you have an idea of how extensive this Sale is!  The two-story home is jam-packed, as well as a huge shed, and a large garage. We have boxes and boxes to unpack and sort!  We will continuously add photos and descriptions as we work through January and February.  So CHECK BACK OFTEN!
