Bidding Information: A Manager or Sales Associate will be able to assist you with viewing the Kubota tractor, Chevy truck and other large equipment on-site at the sale. If you decide the Chevy Truck or Kubota Tractor interest you, please determine the highest bid price you would pay. We will be collecting written bid offers on at least the Chevy truck and Kubota tractor at the register inside the house. We plan to collect bid offers until Sunday 2:00. The highest bid with the earliest time stamp will get the call (Bids are only accepted during our hours of operation Sat. 9-3 and Sun. 11-2). We will make 3 attempts to call you to collect payment, if you do not answer we will move to the next highest bid. Your bid payment will need to be processed over the phone if you are not on-site on Sunday. We understand that some items require towing, so we can accommodate scheduling an item pick up after payment.

Kubota Bucket Attachment- this is the only attachment that will be included with your bid for Kubota tractor. All other attachments are sold separately.

• Chevy Truck: 1968 C10, 6 Cylinder, 2WD (Stored In Garage) 4 extra tires, extra hood, and bench seat will be included in the sale.
• Kubota Tractor: L2501, LA525 (~161 hours)
• Kubota Zero Turn Mower: Z412KW-48 (~30 hours)

Please Note: The Hours on tractor and mower may increase slightly, due to the client maintaining the property until the sale.

Early Bird Customers: Please do NOT pick outdoor merchandise or place hold/sold signs or stickers before we open. We appreciate your understanding. As soon as we open you can claim items for purchase. We will have HOLD cards and HOLD tables inside the home, as available.

• Please NO picking/holding/marking any outdoor items before we open, we appreciate your understanding. 
• Come ready to dig around and load up your cars, trucks & trailers! We recommend bringing your own supplies and help to load/move items.
• If you intend to purchase big farm equipment/vehicles, we understand that coordinating a towing company after the sale may be necessary. Please discuss your needs with Sales Managers. We want you to go home with all of these amazing & well kept items!
• The home has MANY amazing areas to shop and several out buildings! 
• Plan to give yourself lots of shopping time: Sat. 9am-3pm & Sun 11am-3pm!
• Please pay close attention to your surroundings, we will be set back pretty far from the main road, so the potential for tripping hazards on paths is high.

Additionally, this home has a long single lane gravel path that you will be on for a bit (shared by a few other homes), so please drive carefully & slowly. We recommend Google Maps, the directions matched well. When you arrive at the home please carefully park off to the sides, do not double park/block other cars in. It is Powhatan, so please bring an appropriate vehicle for off road parking/driving.
