6% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. Zelle cash app accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. If you are Tax Exempt, you must have a VA Tax Exempt form on file before your purchase.

Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements. Bring help to lift items over 20 pounds as we are not able to assist.

On Thursday, 9/24/2026, we will pass out numbers beginning at 3:00 PM. We will allow the first 30 folks in. We will allow others in after the first 30 disperse.

Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property.

Items to be removed during the Estate Sale. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment. All items must be removed by 09/28/2026, unless special arrangements have been made for a later Pick-up. Any items not picked up by 09/28/2026 will be considered forfeited and will become the property of All In Trading and Auction Co LLC.

Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.

All In Trading & Auction Co. LLC is in Providence Forge with a HUGE Sale set on 7 acres! This is the Estate Sale I have been talking about for months! The Estate Sale is at MY HOME! Providence Forge is 30 minutes from Williamsburg and 30 minutes from Richmond. Very easy access off of Route 60. There is plenty of parking at my property. Please be prepared to do a lot of walking around!

On Thursday, we will begin passing out numbers at 3:00 PM. We will “Open the Doors” Promptly at 4:00 PM!
