Payments: Checks under $300, CASH, Venmo, Zelle and Credit Cards (4% convenience fee ) .
Please bring your own help for moving the large items. We cannot move furniture.
No Shopping Bags please.
Please remember that due to the nature of an estate sale - all sales are FINAL, items are as is. All sales subject to 6% sales tax. If you are a reseller please bring your Tax exempt information. This is a non smoking home.
We do not manage lists but will accept a list agreed on by those in line when the doors open.
Please bring help to remove your purchases. We cannot help you move or carry items to your car.

Coast and Country at the Barn
The barn will be open this weekend Saturday and Sunday. 10-4 Looking for last minute presents or hostess gifts? We have candles, tea towels, jewelry, glasses, barware, serving trays, tables, chairs, mirrors, linens everything you need! Can’t make it this weekend. You can always call to set up an appointment to see all the new great finds we have.
