Christmas in July Online Auction

1. All items sold AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. All sales final, no exceptions. Absolutely no refunds will be offered.

2. Coast & Country, LLC has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'as-is' and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item; thus, please attend the site preview. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to sale time.

3. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction as outlined here and within (see above).

4. Coast and Country, LLC shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids or late bids at soft closing. Online auctions move quickly. If you are interested in an item, pay special attention to the bid process as the auction nears closing.

5. All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all written, verbal or electronic statements prior. Coast and Country LLC reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person.

6. As a condition of the Bidder’s participation in this auction, the Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coast and Country, LLC and its members, managers and officers from any action arising out of this auction that constitutes a material breach or violation of Coast and Country, LLC’s duties under this Agreement.

7. Any claim, controversy, debt collection or dispute proceedings between a bidder and Coast and Country, LLC shall be settled by final and binding arbitration in the Loudoun County, Virginia in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (provided, that a single arbitrator shall be appointed and minimal discovery shall be permitted in accordance therewith) and judgment upon the award rendered by such arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

8. This auction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws or choice-of-law principles.
