NO TRESPASSING WHATSOEVER. Do not enter until the sale has begun. Do not ring the doorbell before the beginning of the sale. This sale will open through the back porch.

Please park at the end of the driveway in an orderly fashion. If you are parked in and cannot get out we are not responsible for the person blocking you. If there is no room at the end of the driveway please park on Baron Cameron Pkwy. DO NOT NOT NOT PARK ON THE GRASS. If you damage the yard, you will be held responsible for any damage to the grass.

All sales are final. No exceptions.
No minimum on credit cards. Not responsible for accidents. Bring help for moving large/heavy items. Be prepared to wait in line, outside.
