45 year home of organized collectors who kept EVERYTHING.  Beautiful, interesting, delightful collections!  Loads of mid century furniture, lamps, and décor.  Very fine collection of old toys, games and trains. Many household items suitable for set design as they are so vintage and still here and in good shape!  Highlights include:

Furniture: fabulous mid century corner couch and 3 other mid century-ish couches, Broyhill  Brasilla end table and  dining set with 6 chairs, Broyhill Saga desk,  mid century side tables, dressers, night stands, coffee tables, ottoman, recliners, hall credenza, twin beds, full bed (no mattresses), outdoor set, record storage pieces, Khoehler Permanized dresser, stereo cabinet   Other furniture includes marble coffee table, wrought iron table and chairs, side chairs, caned chairs, kitchen table and chairs, book cases, metal shelves, desks, dressers, platform waterbed, etc.

Lamps: OMG the lamps!  Awesome mid century table lamps, pole lamps, pendant lamps, wall lamps

Toys and games: Board game from the 1940’s -1960’s.  Fabulous collection.  Vintage trains, vintage toys, modern day toys also (from a different family member), pool table, many, many bridge supplies and books.

Kids: clothes, shoes, toys, costumes, coats, jogging stroller, books (all these are modern day, from another family member)

Collections: pencil collection! Collection started 100 years ago!, salt and pepper shaker collection started in 1940’s, trains, large “first day covers” stamp collection, ephemera including old collectable cards and a lot of other REALLY cool stuff!!!, Comic books from 1950’s and 1960’s, “wild weekly” magazines, “boys of 76” magazines, state souvenir plates,  patches, small crock collection, many boy scout items

Clocks: 2 starburst clocks, Starlight and Seth Thomas, lots of other clocks

Stereo equipment-multiple sets, Edison phonograph with many wax cylinders

Sewing machines and supplies: very fine treadle machine, Bernina 1260 sewing machine, Babylock BL3200 serger sewing machine, many, many notions and tailoring supplies, buttons, needlework supplies, cone thread, trim, scissors, drapery supplies-sewers heaven!  A whole room full!!!  (but no fabric or patterns!)

China, Sterling, crystal:  China sets include Old Ivory Sherwood blue, buffalo china dogwood restaurant china, Hutschenreuther china with gold trim, sterling, silver plate, crystal, painted floral china

Household goods, cleaning supplies, toiletries, office supplies (including some awesome old ones suitable for set design!)
