Enter the barns and property at your own risk. The numbers of people permitted in the barns at any one time is limited. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BARNS for their safety.

\SATURDAY: Full Price with almost all items starting at reasonable prices (we say almost all, because we try to set all items at reasonable prices, but you may disagree) with all priced to move from the beginning.

SUNDAY: Most items 50% Off. Some will by only 25% off

NUMBERS: Numbers will be available starting at 4 pm on Friday.

A major downsizing of a gorgeous, contemporary home. She is a ballet teach and art lover. He is a musician. Everything has been well taken care of and most items are of high quality. Of special note is the custom made copper dining table that was made in Colorado. Plus her mother's gold jewelry collection.

PHOTOS: there are a few items in the photos that are NOT for sale. These photos have a description stating what is NOT for sale.

JEWELRY: the gold jewelry has a total weight of over 8 ounces. All of the jewelry in the photos is gold or sterling. There will also be costume jewelry in the sale, but it is not in the photos. (NOTE: Additional gold and sterling jewelry has been added that is NOT in the photos. The Jewelry will not be left in the home overnight.) CASH ONLY

CDs & DVDs: There is a small assortment of CDs in the sale. Includes classic rock, jazz and classical music. There are also ballet VHS tapes. (the albums mentioned earlier are no longer in the sale as they were taken by a family member.
