Closing in sequence, lots will start closing 2 Lots every 1 minute. Bidding will auto-extend for 3 minutes if bids are received within the last 3 minutes of the closing time.

PICKUP: Wednesday, March 1st, 2017 from 11:30am until 4:00pm

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY, OR THE ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED! No refunds or credits will be issued for items not picked up. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned property.

If you are an out of state bidder...no worries...I can ship the item or items to you!! If you need furniture shipped, then you must arrange that shipping yourself and adhere to the pickup day scheduled. We can provide a list of shippers for you to contact......NEW RULE: If you live out of town and win a large number of bids, please give time for multiple boxes to be packed and shipped At the close of the auction, and you are an out of town bidder that needs your winning purchases sent to you, I will calculate the cost of shipping and add to your invoice. I only charge the exact cost to ship and will let you know on your invoice the weight of the package.
