PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1)Please, No sold stickers, other than those issued by our staff. If you wish to purchase an item, Please request a sold sticker from any of the Blue Moon associates, you are then obligated to purchase the item. Please do not hold items if you've not decided whether you plan to purchase them.

2) Be sure to examine all items, and test them carefully before making your final selection. Remember all items are sold AS IS, therefor we cannot offer REFUNDS. We do not guarantee any electronics are in working condition. Please test them in advance of purchase.

3) Prices are Non-Negotiable day one of the sale but discounts may occur over the course of the sale on a sliding scale.

4) The buyer (You) is responsible for the removal of large items purchased no more than two hours prior to the estate sale close.
Please bring help as our employees are not permitted or obligated to carry large items.

5) Please understand for the security of our clients property and our staffs income we DO NOT ALLOW THEFT, WE WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

6) Doors will open at the published time, and not prior.

7)If you've decided not to purchase a specific item, please return it to the original location or ask a Blue Moon staff member to return the item for you .

8) In order to protect the assets of our clients we must enforce that if you are fully responsible any damages to the property or items belonging to said client.

9) To Avoid Damage and spills we ask that you not bring Food or Drink into the property. Trash receptacles are and will be available at every entrance.

10) We do not offer Pre-sales or quotes prior to the sale unless otherwise noted for a specific item.
