"MONUMENTAL ON MONUMENT"

Halloween Weekend Sale with NO TRICKS...just TREATS!

Known as the Schwarzchild House, Built in 1927, this Duncan Lee designed Georgian Revival (on a double lot) is like an OSASIS right on Monument Ave. It is listed on the National Historic Landmark Register and remains a remarkable, intact, example of Lee's residential work.

This house a treasure...but wait until you get inside! The home is filled with a lifetime of travel and curated collecting - there is something from every corner of the world. Owners have downsized, leaving behind a wonderful array of oil paintings, antique rugs, lamps, Osterhaus paintings, antique furniture, blue and white, china, crystal, desks, sofas, designer clothing, Fortuny sofa, planters, marble elephants, garden statuary, handbags, jewelry and so much more.

Come to take in a bit of Richmond history, see this amazing home and garden, and leave with a treasure or two! We can't wait to show you this gem.

We will have to limit the number of people in the home - there could be a wait - but the front yard has a wonderful wall for sitting. Please no large bags or backpacks. Security professionals on sight to help with any questions or concerns.

Please note: The sale will be limited to the first floor, garages and gardens. White carpet and new owners...tight steps and a host of other reasons - makes for a really creative Curated Collection Sale!
