Terms of Sale: 7% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License.
We will begin passing out numbers at 9:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. We will open the doors at 10:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. We will allow 30 folks in at 10:00 AM and allow others in as space permits. Plenty of parking on the street in the neighborhood. Please Do NOT block mailboxes or driveways. The driveway is reserved for Pick-ups only.

All in Trading and Auction Co. LLC is excited to be in Wonderful Westover Hills for our fabulous Estate Sale! This lovely home is easy off Forest Hill Avenue with plenty of on-street parking. The homeowner is moving and is downsizing. This Sale features several beautiful antique and primitive furnishings that have been in her family for decades. It isn't often that you find this strong of a collection of antique and vintage items in one Estate Sale! Mark your calendar and make plans to come and have fun exploring! AND WE HAVE A CHEVY TRUCK!!
1987 Chevrolet Custom Deluxe Pick-up Truck:
- This vehicle is subject to an unannounced Reserve Price. If this Reserve Price is not met, the vehicle will not be sold.
- We will be taking Sealed Bids from 10:00 AM Friday, April 28 when the Estate Sale starts through 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 29 when the Estate Sale ends.
- The Sealed Bids will be indicate the Date and Time of the Bid. In the event of a Tie Bid, the earliest Bid wins. All Sealed Bids will be opened by 3:30 PM on Saturday, April 29. The Winning Bidder will be notified by telephone by 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 29.
- Payment in full for the Winning Bid price for the vehicle must be in the form of cash, bank wire, or cashier's check made to Onna Lisa Williams and must be paid in full by 3:00 PM on Monday, April 30. If payment has not been made in full by 3:00 PM on April 30, first Winning Bidder forfeits the vehicle. The next Bidder will then be notified on April 30 and will have 24 hours to pay for the vehicle.
- Pick-up time for the truck will be scheduled once full payment has been made and cleared by the bank. The Winning Bidder is fully responsible to remove the vehicle from the property within the agreed upon scheduled time frame.
- Title for the truck will be conveyed to the Winning Bidder at the time that the payment has cleared the bank.
