Terms and conditions for Susan's Selections (auctioneer) online auctions: Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By bidding on this auction the bidder agrees to all of these terms and conditions.
Bidding opens: Tuesday April 15th, 2014 (internet bidding only)
Preview: Friday April 18th 10 am until 5 pm
Saturday April 19th 10 am until 4 pm
Sunday April 20th CLOSED FOR EASTER
Monday April 21st 10 am until 5 pm
Auction closes: Monday April 21st beginning at 7 pm eastern time.
Buyer's premium: 15% Sales tax: 5.3% Virginia sales tax will be added to the total of bids and buyer's premium. Tax exempt bidders please add a note when registering for the auction. If bidder is tax exempt a properly and fully executed Virginia Certificate must be filed with the auctioneer no later than Friiday March 29th. If tax exempt certificate is not filed sales tax will be charged at the conclusion of the auction and no refund will be made.
Removal: Wednesday April 23rd from 10 am until 5 pm and Thursday April 24th from 1 10 am until 5 pm. Lots which are not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be will be disposed of at the auctioneer's sole discretion. No refund will be made for abandoned lots and removal fees may apply.
All items are sold as is where is with no warranty of any kind. It is the bidders responsibility to preview items and determine condition and suitability for the bidder's purpose. The auction catalog is a guide only. Auctioneer is not responsible for discrepancies, errors or omissions in auction lot descriptions. Bids may not be withdrawn.

Payment: Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards are accepted for payment. You must register a credit card when you complete your bidder registration. Your credit card will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Bidder will receive a paid invoice by email. Please print this invoice and bring it to pickup. Government issued photo identification and your paid invoice will be required in order to pick up your items. By bidding on this auction bidder agrees to have charges applied to credit card. If credit card is declined bidder agrees to pay by other means acceptable to auctioneer. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for declined credit cards. Shipping: Bidders or their shippers must pickup during scheduled removal times. Auctioneer does not provide packing, packing materials or shipping. Buyer is responsible for contacting shipper directly and making all necessary arrangements.
