<b>Masks or face coverings are required to enter to preview the auction and pick up items after the sale. Face coverings must remain in place while inside of the building and waiting in line. The nose and the mouth must remain covered. If you do not have a mask you will not be allowed to enter. If you do not keep your mask in place, you will be asked to leave. Maintain 6 feet distance as much as possible. </b>

Bring packing materials for purchases and physical help for moving items. We will not and cannot move furniture and heavy items for you. Bring your own tools if needed. Bring boxes and packing materials. All items as is/where is. Inspect before you buy. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final and no refunds. Items not picked up by close of business on PICK UP DAY will be considered abandoned. Not responsible for accidents or injury.
