It sets the stage for what is to come...once in the doors - the sweeping ceiling, stone fireplace and hardwoods make for the most amazing backdrop to a house filled with a lifetime of a collector with an an amazing eye!

Living room boosts a Hernedon sofa, antique Herizm Chapman coffee table, John Torres sculptures, Nell Blaine art, Milo Russell original, Willie Anne Wright...mixed with native American pieces and so many beautiful - timeless lamps! The masterpiece in the room is  Susanne Grandis take on Matisse...stunning! Club chairs and wing backs complete this room. We have RARE Americana andirons, vintage fireplace surrounds, copper log holders, wooden bench/sofa dripping in new and like new needlepoint pillows. Leather club chair and ottoman, brass lamps, crystal lamps, vintage desk, Leather desk chair by Hancock and Moore, Baker coffee table ...and what room would be complete without an antique Cigar Indian - life size! Carved and crazy cool!

Back inside...the dining room! Carvers Guild Mirror, Asian planters, Scottish Case Clock, LARGE Susanne Grandis original oil on canvas, Black Asian lacquered secretary, Antique Hutch filled with Anne Gayle Carter salamander plate (RARE FIND), Waterford stemware and Decanturs, Sterling, Vintage cut Crytal Decanturs, RARE Green Dragon China, a cachepot to make you weep, and of course flatware and serving pieces for the holidays! The dining room has sterling candelabra, Bronze angels, bar cart, LAMPS, crystal of all sorts and we just keep finding more.

Kitchen...looks like it came out of Mountain Home or AD...and she is packed! 

The 16 foot marble top island is packed with hand thrown pottery, signed glass pieces, everything you could need to fill a kitchen - and everything is like new or new. pots, pans, art, appliances, ART, and we have the most glorious pine cabinet of all time. She is packed with vintage blue and white plates, dishes and vases! We have a set of embroidered french chairs, wicker rockers and again...more divine LAMPS! Art work is by Charles Sibley, DeDe Dandridge, Susanne Grandis and a host of other RVA local artist. Vintage florals/botanicals too. Antique RUGS fill the entire space and come in all shapes and sizes.

Pine Tables, Antique Farmhouse tables, Large Pine hutches and a 3 season room filled with Pearson sofas, club chairs, planters, pots, bakers racks, metal coffee table, vintage, baskets, holiday decor and so many beautiful cache pots its crazy! And, our floral designer has created so many awesome pieces for you to purchase. All ready for gift giving or for the perfect host gift!

We do have a neat selection of old architectural pieces too...iron, mantles, wood pieces, and doors....the garage is a crazy treasure hunt. Everything from records/LPS, Vintage stereo equipment, cameras, to entire room filled with FABRIC! High end to antique blankets...if you are a quilter or getting ready to re-upholster something...better stop here first! Designer fabrics by the bolts.

Bedrooms are filled with queen beds - wooden rice 4 post, upholstered queen, and an antique iron bed! Dressers, vanities, bookshelves, so many stunning drop leaf tables, chests and ....well...CLOTHING - SHOES - HANDBAGS!

So much jewelry and luxury handbags - from LV to Gucci, Furla, Dior, Chanel, Valentino Shoes, and we even have a small but might collection of vintage bags! The clothing is super cool and has a wide mix from modern day to vintage lingerie. SOOO many amazing holiday pieces and gowns. Hats, shoes, and more.  

This sale is one of those that when you walk in you will just have to stop and take in how BEAUTIFULLY decorated it is. Nothing was missed and with an artist eye...Mrs. Grandis was able to create a masterpiece of surprise and delight. Mixing old and new - crazy art with traditional - and her own pieces are something to behold!

We have an entire art studio filled with art. Unframed pieces largely - this room also has some of the prettiest rugs in the home. When you get in there - we will have someone to help - we must have 2,000 pieces of unframed art by John Torres, S. Grandis and a host of other local artist. Easels, Brushes, supplies, blank canvas, frames and more. This is where you will find all of the gifts you need to give this season. The unframed pieces are super cool and allow there to be art at every price point in this sale.

We are a NON smoking, pet free home. We kindly ask that you do not bring large bags - this house is tight! We have it packed pretty full and lots of things are super breakable. We will have a police officer  on hand to help with parking and all of my incredible staff to help hold or carry things for you! Driveway if for pick ups!
