Terms & Conditions: We do NOT share pricing or conduct pre-sale transactions. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and personal checks (checks under $200). A proper form of ID may be requested. All sales are final. All items are sold “as-is, where-is”. Please park legally and in a respectful manner. The driveway is for loading after checkout only. Please show personal shopping bags with a register associate or a floor sales associate. Please complete your purchase(s) in a timely manner. AHES hold cards are available during the sale, please ask a sales associate for them. Sold stickers are available after checkout only. Personal hold/sold stickers brought to the sale may not be honored, at AHES discretion. Bring your own loading supplies & help to remove large purchased items. All purchases must be removed by end of sale. Please treat the home with respect. **PARKING, SHOPPING & HOURS: Street Parking: Please be respectful to surrounding neighbors and other customers who need space in the driveway to load purchased items, Thank you! Please give yourself ample time to park, shop, and load your purchased items. The layout of this home can be tight in some areas, so please be kind and courteous when shopping and removing items. As always, the owners Jenna & Shawn will be on-site to answer your questions!

**Early Bird Customers: Please do NOT pick outdoor merchandise or place hold/sold signs or stickers before we open. We appreciate your understanding. As soon as we open you can claim items for purchase. We will have HOLD cards, as available.

**Early Bird Customers: We will do our normal routine in the morning, in regards to the line tickets. If you show up at 8:00am (Sat) / 10:00am (Sun) you may grab a line ticket and wait elsewhere. Come back to the home a few minutes before we open and find your numbered place in line!
