We may inspect ALL bags and boxes.

We accept cash, checks with id, credit and debit cards. Paypal cards will only be accepted from known customers. Please have a corresponding ID for any credit card or check used. Paypal cards NOT accepted.
Bring packing materials for purchases and physical help for moving items. We will not and cannot move furniture and heavy items for you. Bring your own tools if needed. Bring boxes and packing materials. All items as is/where is. Inspect before you buy. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final and no refunds. Items not picked up by close of business on the final day will be considered abandoned. Not responsible for accidents or injury. McHugh's retains the right to limit sales, set or change prices or deny entry to the building.

Part 1 will include most of the house, back porch and yard

Part 2 will include everything in the attic we have no room for yet, the outer sheds (3 of them) and the rest of the house.

 

In the house we have loads of MCM glassware, vintage furniture,  reclining lift chair, 3 electric adjustable single beds, a working mobility scooter, outdoor concrete and patio items, dolls, barbie's,  beanies, china, chests, dressers, sewing, vintafe Richmond newspapers, oak kitchen table and chairs, stackable washer and dryer, upright freezer, space heaters, recliners, wheelchair, unopened  linens, curtains, comforters, clocks including cuckoo clocks, LARGE rooster collection, puses, Kenmore cabinet sewing machine, tools, yard tools, gardening tools, pyrex, Corning ware, 4 flatscreen TVs, numerous display cabinets, safe with combo and paperwork, 2 secretaries, numerous wardrobes, washstands- some with marble tops, stained glass lamps, 4 china cabinets, 1 corner cabinets, many wall shelves, kitchen tools, pots and pans, Tupperware, drawers storage boxes, lamps, banks, antique clocks, anniversary clocks, windchimes, yard concrete planters and figures, outdoor metal furniture including table and chairs, swing, 4 sets of china, and so much more!

Friday will be full price, Saturday will be 10%, Sunday will 25% with all furniture at 50%
