Chesterfield Estate Sale Massive Collection

My client sold their deceased parents estate super quick, so they have moved their items and rented a facility to have a estate sale. This sale is going to be MASSIVE. Antiques and Collectibles Galore! Coke collectibles, longaberger, primitives and so much more! Sale will take place Friday 4/1 through Sunday 4/3 10am-1pm daily.

Good Morning Friends! Friday is the start of the  Chesterfield Estate Sale, all of the contents of the estate have been moved to this location The Fraternal Order of Police Building, because the house sold quickly.  Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important

Things to remember: 

WE WILL NO LONGER LOAD AUTOMOBILES, PLEASE BRING THE MANPOWER TO LOAD AND DISABLE ANY ITEM PURCHASED. 

MASKS ARE NOW OPTIONAL IF YOU HAVE BEEN VACCINATED ACCORDING TO THE LOWER CASES OF COVID CURRENTLY THROUGH THE CDC. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS COULD CHANGE IN THE FUTURE IF WE HAVE ANOTHER SPIKE IN COVID CASES. 

EACH ESTATE WILL ALLOW LIMITED FOLKS IN AT A TIME TO ALLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING, THE SIGN ON THE DOOR WILL STATE THAT NUMBER. 

1. Payments accepted, Cash or Contactless payments through Cashapp, Zelle or Credit Cards with an additional 4.5% convenience fee added to your total. 

2. All sales and presales are FINAL SALES. All purchases are AS-IS WHERE IS. No warranties given and NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Please inspect your purchase before buying to make sure your happy. This is your responsibility, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

3. No earlybirds please. 

4. All items must be removed by the end of the estate sale Sunday  (NO EXCEPTIONS)

5.Please no tag switching or stealing (unfortunately I have had quite a bit of this lately) It is a very illegal thing to do. This is the Fraternal Order of Police Building, there are cameras everywhere. 

6. The estate nor myself are Not responsible for any accidents or injuries, enter estate at your own risk (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) 

7. No Price Haggling, the price is the price. 

8.Bring a friend, or share with your friends. Help me liquidate this families estate!

9. Please bring items to wrap your purchase in, or bags to carry your purchases in. 

10. All bags brought into the sale will be subject to being inspected. 

11. Friday All items regular price, Saturday All items 25% off, all remaining items on Sunday  50% off

12.  Due to the pandemic and making sure folks still feel comfortable will be allowing 15 folks in at a time.

13.  For larger purchases be sure to have your own help to move.
