4. Auction Process

All auction items are “as is” and no refunds will be issued for failure to thoroughly inspect items for use and condition. Please contact us for any clarifications or with any questions, and attend preview if you are able.
4.2 The winning bidder is obligated to complete the transaction. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as account suspension or legal action.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 We have no hidden fees of any kind. We charge a 15% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax. By bidding, you agree to pay these fees. Please provide tax exemption status documentation within your bidder profile.
5.2 Payments must be made by the methods approved and listed on our platform.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or the services provided by Cardinal Auction Services, LLC. shall be handled through arbitration under the rules of American Arbitration Association in Henrico County, Virginia.

Cardinal Auction Services, LLC. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and Conditions and agreement to abide and be bound by them.

Jewelry — Gold and sterling lead the way, including 10k and 14k gold rings and pendants, a sterling silver Cleopatra fringe collar necklace, a marcasite-and-mother-of-pearl link bracelet, and a sterling ID bracelet with a military crest.
