Amazing Chesterfield Collectors Haven Onsite Estate Sale

Ok yall, this estate is near and dear to my heart. This is one of my childhood friends folks estate, so yall all need to bring it and help me close out 2024 with the best one of the year! This is a collectors haven estate, packed estate, lots of country primitives, massive Christmas collection, beautiful garden statues, tools and so much more. @everyoneGood Evening Friends! Thursday is the start of Amazing Chesterfield Collectors Haven Onsite Estate Sale Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important details 

Address:3610 Thurston Rd  
Thursday 12/12 Friday 12/13 Saturday 12/14 and Sunday 12/15 10am-4pm

Things to remember: 

Payments accepted, Cash, Contactless payments through Cashapp, Zelle or PayPal and Credit Cards. All payments other than cash have a 4% convenience fee.

Contents of estate, yard and 5 outbuildings. 

Please make sure to park in the back yard, or there will parking in the field across the street. DO NOT PARK ON THURSTON RD! 

This house has PACKED! Until we can clear items out of the estate, we will let certain number of folks in for safety reasons as the house is packed! 

There will be a line for the main house, will allow 15 folks in at a time to start. 

The last entrance to the estate is 20 mins before closing so 3:40 to allow time to shop and also allow us to wrap up at closing time. 

There are items that will be on a price list, I would suggest taking a photo of the list so you can reference back to it. 

PLEASE BRING THE MANPOWER TO LOAD AND DISABLE ANY ITEM PURCHASED.

All sales and presales are FINAL SALES. All purchases are AS-IS WHERE IS. No warranties given and NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Please inspect your purchase before buying to make sure your happy. This is your responsibility, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you purchased a presale please see Kim (out back in the tractor shed) for pickup, Be sure to have your proof of your payment and a list of items purchased. That way no items get left behind or missed. I suggest everyone makes sure they received all the correct items purchased on presale before leaving the estate. If something isn’t correct, let me know but I can not rectify the situation once left the estate.

No earlybirds please although you are welcome to start a line outside of the estate at anytime. The entry is first come, first serve. No numbers. 

The estate nor myself are Not responsible for any accidents or injuries, enter estate at your own risk (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) 

Anyone that prepaid for a item, this is your reminder to pickup your item during the estate. Failure to pickup any presold items will result into loss of item or items purchased as well as forfeiting of any monies paid. 

Please bring packing supplies or bags, all bags are subjected to inspection.
