Ok folks!! This house is PACKED!! Truly collectors items, rare antiques and so much more. The homeowner of this estate was the 2nd house in the neighborhood, she lived in it her entire adult life until her death. She was of the original women that was apart of the Sandston 7. When I say you don’t want to miss this one, it is true!! Presales will start end of June on my Facebook page Angela’s Stuff. This estate is a 4 day sale, August 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th 10am-4pm. Mark your calendars and we will see you there! 
 

Good Afternoon Friends! I’m looking forward to this weekends sale,Tomorrow is the start of Fabulous! Collectors Heaven Sandston Onsite Estate Sale . Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important details 

Address:202 Wootton Rd Sandston 
Thursday 8/24 Friday 8/25 Saturday 8/26 and Sunday 8/27 Time 10am-4pm 

Things to remember: 

Do not block driveways of neighbors.

Due to this house being so packed we will allow 12 people in at a time. It will be on first come first serve basis. 

PLEASE BRING THE MANPOWER TO LOAD AND DISABLE ANY ITEM PURCHASED. There will not be any help at this sale that can move or load furniture. 
 

Payments accepted, Cash or Contactless payments through Cashapp, Zelle or Credit Cards with an additional 4.5% convenience fee added to your total. 

All sales and presales are FINAL SALES. All purchases are AS-IS WHERE IS. No warranties given and NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Please inspect your purchase before buying to make sure your happy. This is your responsibility, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you purchased a presale please see Kim for pickup, she will be outside with the pod. Be sure to have your proof of payment and items purchased if need be.

No earlybirds please although you are welcome to start a line outside of the estate at anytime. The entry is first come, first serve. No numbers. 

The estate nor myself are Not responsible for any accidents or injuries, enter estate at your own risk (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) 

Anyone that prepaid for a item, this is your reminder to pickup your item during the estate. Failure to pickup any presold items will result into loss of item or items purchased as well as forfeiting of any monies paid. 

Please bring packing supplies or bags, all bags are subjected to inspection.
