4. Payments
All payments must be completed in full before merchandise is released or shipped.
Payments for auction purchases are processed exclusively through LiveAuctioneers? designated payment processor.
Any payment issues, declines, or disputes must be addressed directly with the payment provider or LiveAuctioneers.
Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or resale of the item.
5. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
We ship within the United States only.
Orders are generally shipped 7?10 business days after cleared payment is received.
Shipping is conducted via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature unless otherwise specified.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Risk of Loss
Once the package is transferred to the carrier, the shipment is considered at the buyer?s risk.
Special care is taken to package items securely; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
6. International Shipping Disclaimer (Strict Policy)
International shipping is strictly prohibited.
We do not ship to freight forwarders, third-party exporters, or any address outside the United States.
Any attempt to export items internationally voids all guarantees, return rights, and liability.
