Our Policy for a 3 Day Estate Sale
Start your day with a discount...During COVID-19 will have a sign-up list at the front door. Please print your name, your arrival time and your cell phone number. Since we are only allowing 10 people in the house, as one exits, we will call your name according to the time of arrival. If you want to wait in your car, we will text you that your name is up next. When you get that reminder, PLEASE be available to enter promptly when our staff member calls your name.
Upon entry into the sale, you will be given an Early Bird Discount coupon for 10% off your purchases from 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M. Friday and Saturday.

THIS SALE IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY DUE TO THE COMMUNITY and PARKING LIMITATIONS. The address will be provided when your time slot is confirmed. When you enter on Crystal Bay Circle, there will be parking available where it says Permit Only (they no longer use Permits for Parking) or you can take a left on Bay Breeze Drive and follow almost to the end near the pool (Catalina Cove) and there is more parking available. Sorry, there is no on street parking in this community. It's a short walk from either parking area on Bay Shore Lane. The driveway will be for Loading and Unloading Only.

This Estate/Tag Sale will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY due to the limited parking in the community. There will be Hourly Timeslots from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Please text your FIRST & LAST Name and Names of those in your car to 757-343-6597 for your entry. If you are in the Linkside Cove community, please follow the same directions but state that you will be walking. Your text with your timeslot will be your entry into the sale.
We love hearing from our customers, but PLEASE don’t ask for prices prior to opening day. There is still more pricing to do before we open on Friday. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated! Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you at this sale.
