Numbers out at 8:00 a.m. This is a small house and admission will be limited to 25 people at a time. Customers will be admitted according to number. ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY SALES.
Cash preferred, Checks accepted with proper ID, verified funds for those unknown to us.
All items sold as is, where is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.
Fair, firm prices are established for the first day. Items offered at discount on Saturday. Most items 50% off Sunday.
Valuables and guns are removed from premise until the start of the sale and premises are monitored.
Bring your own packing materials and boxes. If you are buying furniture or large bulky items, bring your own help as we will not have extra staff available.
Buyers have until the 4 pm Sunday to remove purchased items.
