IMPORTANT---DO NOT show up prior to 8:30 as this is a private one lane road used by other residents who need to get out for work. You will need to be directed to parking.
NO PARKING in driveway as it will be used for loading.
This sale will open at 9AM and no earlier. Do not visit the property prior to sale for any reason nor contact seller prior to day of the sale.
NOTHING will be sold prior to the sale.
Items range from $1 to $600.
ALL SALES are final. No warranties. No refunds. No holds without full payment.
We will hold furniture purchases for 3 days after sale ends if paid in full on the days of the sale. You will be able to set a day and time for pick up.
The buyer is responsible for bringing their own tools, appropriate vehicle, and people to load. Sellers will not assist in loading.
Make certain you are able to pick up and manage loading of furniture as we will NOT REFUND for any reason.
All foot traffic will enter through garage and out the front door.
Once you leave the garage area and enter the home you will not be able to backtrack to the garage. You will need to make your purchases as you exit the front door, take purchases to your vehicle and then reenter the home through the garage.
We do have plastic bags and some boxes. However it is a good idea to bring your own sturdy box. There will be many glass items.
No bathrooms will be available.
By parking on the property and entering the residence buyers agree to do so at their own risk. Owner/s are not responsible for accidents and/or injuries should one occur.
Depending on the number of buyers we may limit numbers of people in the home at one time so everyone has a good experience.
