Items are sold in "As Is-Where Is" condition. Buyers are responsible for providing the labor for moving heavy items. We are not responsible for accidents or mishaps, shop at your own risk. all sales are final and all items are sold “as is” with all warranties excluded including warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Buyer assumes all risks.

Please no empty shopping bags, hold areas are available. All purchases which need special transport or left to be picked up later, must be completed by, Monday morning , June 21, 10 am . No sign up sheets or numbers, Masks are recommended for the interior for those who are not vaccinated , those who are vaccinated, masks are optional. Please practice safe social distancing. Sorry, no public bathrooms are available.

Interesting sale at a decades long historic early childhood school, located in Vienna.  The sale includes the remaining contents of the residence and some portion of the school's educational materials and furnishings, exact amount and quantity of the school items, has yet to be determined. But certainly, some vintage chairs and desks for small children, etc.  The property is slated for development and demolition in the near future, as such, appliances, doors, fixtures, items around the property such as plants, stone paths, shutters, playground structures, etc. are all for sale. 

The developer takes possession of the property sometime on Monday, June 21. Items purchased will need to be moved at the latest Monday morning. This is a great chance to dig up some shrubs, bushes, or plants at a deep discount or purchase some solid wood doors, at a very good price.

Any remaining light fixtures, exterior shutters, playground structures, slate stone path steps, wooden shutters, cabinets, panelling.....really anything, but removal will probably late sale or after/before sale hours. Remaining fixtures in the school also for sale, but exact items remains to be determined, will be updated later. Some real vintage playground pieces, will take some effort, but you can't buy these new any longer, stainless steel slides, merry-go-round spinning playground toys, swing sets, monkey bars....
