4. Not Responsible for Accidents: Enter and navigate the property at your own risk. Please exercise caution, especially on stairs.
5. First-Come, First-Served: Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot hold items without full payment.
6. No Early Birds: Doors will open at the advertised time. Early entry is not permitted.
7. Children: Children must remain with their parents or guardians at all times.
8. Respect the Property: Please treat the home with care and follow any signs or instructions provided. Certain areas may be off-limits.
9. Parking: Park legally and respectfully in the neighborhood. Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
