Due to the nature of estate sales, we do not issue refunds; all sales are final. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.
It is the buyer's responsibility to bring any tools and help to disassemble and load large items.

DCES Has partnered with a delivery service. They are not affiliated with DCES , but a vendor available for you to move items . Business card will be in the listing. please call and get quote prior or durning the sale . DCES will not broker our be responsible for items after the purchase from the estate.
this sale is a combination of assets from three different 7,000 square feet homes full of model home and staging decor and furniture . The house is packed with Arhaus , Hicorky Hill, Aspen Home , Pottery Barn and Universal Furniture. This sale has something for everyone.
We can not give prices over the phone or email, to many items to track and not fair to people who actually attend the sale in person
We can not help you move the items from the different locations of the home to your vehicle. We do not ship or hold items, they must be removed at time of purchase or arranged time prior to sale ending Sunday
Bring boxes , or any wrapping material that may be needed for small or breakable items.
