HOLD TABLES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We will provide you with bags/boxes after purchasing until we run out.

NO TRESPASSING WHATSOEVER.
Do not enter or roam the property. Do not ring the doorbell before the beginning of the sale.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL ITEMS BROKEN, DROPPED OR DESTROYED ARE THEREFORE PURCHASED BY THE CUSTOMER AT FULL PRICE. ANY ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY ARE CONSIDERED PURCHASED AFTER PAYMENT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PURCHASED ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

WE ARE NOT responsible for accidents. Bring help for moving large/heavy items. Be prepared to wait in line, outside.
