UPDATE : Boat will not be available for this sale, was going to pick up this afternoon. Repair center called said boat has a miss going for test drive on lake. I told them to fix it and let me know. I will not try to sell items that i know has an issue. When it's 100% I will list it for sale. Sorry

Combined two estates into one location. So far over 35 tables with items. Will have to move some items outside under a tent to have room to walk. House is packed, garage is packed and adding more items this week.
