We accept CASH or VENMO, or CHECKS with proper identification. We will be happy to hold an item after full payment but it must be picked up by the end of sale, or item will be donated without refund. Please bring help to pick-up larger/heavier items. We ask you to kindly keep social distancing in mind, should the crowd become too large at any time we will limit the number of visitors inside the house, but the garage will be open in the back. We are not responsible for any personal injury/accidents on the property. We look forward to seeing you!
