Terms: Cash and check/credit card with proper identification. Items are sold as is and all sales are final. 6% tax applies, if exempt, your reseller number is required. You will need to bring help to remove furniture and larger items. Large items must be picked up after hours or following the sale. We may need to limit numbers of people in the home due to size and amount of merchandise in the home. It is a full house! Sale starts Saturday, continues Sunday, Open 10- to 2 on Monday

Written left bids/offers are always considered during the course of the sale and are evaluated each evening.
