Cash always! Credit card and check also accepted (with proper identification). Items are sold as is and all sales are final. 6% tax applies, if exempt your reseller number is required..

Please bring help to remove furniture and larger items. We will work with you on arranging for pick up of items after hours and next week. Some larger items will be available for pick up on Sunday afternoon after 4PM. Please make arrangements at check out.

We are not responsible for accidents. Parking limited near the home, walking will be required!
