Terms: Cash and checks with proper ID. We can accept many electronic payments, but a 3% processing fee will be applied to the total. If you are a reseller, please have reseller number. 6% sales tax will be applied to your purchase if you are not tax exempt.

Please bring help to move furniture, we are not staffed to move large items. We can provide numbers for local moving assistance. Furniture must be removed by Tuesday, 2PM unless other arrangements have been made. .

Description & Details

Fabulous personal items from former antiques dealer and seller of Biggs and Kittinger furniture.  Part 1 was conducted in November in the home.  Part 2 has moved offsite to accommodate the sale of the home.  Address to be provided Friday at 9am for the Saturday-Sunday sale. 

Many new and fabulous pieces for Part 2!  (Many items removed from the house before the last sale). There are some furniture pieces also available from Part 1 as well.  Net proceeds from the Sauers' estate will benefit CHKD.
