We accept Cash, Credit card, checks with proper ID, , not responsible for accidents of any kind.
1. Children are always welcomed but must be accompied by a parent at all times.
2. Please watch your step, we are not responsible for any accidents.
3. Please do not hoard items and then decide not to purchase them, this may result in a missed sale for our client.
4. Make sure to inspect your items they are sold as is, no refunds or exchanges.
5. Our staff will move all large items out of the house, this helps to reduce the risk of damage to both the house and your purchases.
6. The state of VA requires us, as a business, to collect sales tax. Please expect this unless you have a valid VA tax exempt number and you’re on file with us.
7. No need to bring bags, boxes or paper we have plenty on site to protect your breakables.
This is strictly an outdoor sale (Part 1), the House contents will be sold at later date ( this year, lol). With that being said, there are many treasures to be found. We have a large detached garage stuffed full of items, including vintage rotary phones, military items, Craftsman power tools, Ball Jars, 2 Vintage trunks, dressers, a cute little telephone table, Lots of Enamel ware, Lots of tools, and do yourself project pieces and chairs.
The attach garage ( pictures will be posted of these items soon) boasts a variety of things including Cast Iron pieces, Blue Willow by Churchill, depression glass items, Mid-Century Irons, lots of stoneware, Whirlpool Upright Freezer, Cut Glass, Milk Glass, baskets, deco tins, Ceramic Christmas Tree, Pots and Pans, 50’s Glasses.
In the large tent you will find, LOTS of Christmas and Holiday items. Including boxes and boxes of vintage ornaments. Metal Tonka trucks, metal fire truck, Holiday linens.
Outside you will find tons and tons of planters including McCoy, and yard decos. You will find 2 Cub Cadet’s riding lawn mowers, Iron Patio Furniture, Alum. Truck Work Box, Wrought Iron porch railings, lawn and garden tools.
Also we will have a Large variety of Handmade Quilts and Linens, this sale will include Men’s Clothing.
This sale will also have lots and lots of costume jewelry including some pieces by Sarah Conventry, Coro, Lisner.
There will be no numbers issued for this sale.
