All items sold are, as is, where is.

NO RETURNS! All sales are final!

Bring help to load large items (assistance will be provided).

All items must be removed by the end of sale or arranged to be picked up Sunday morning (Please arrange pick-up time before leaving). No refunds on unclaimed items.

We are not responsible for accidents. YOU BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT!

No bags, purses, fanny packs allowed in – Leave these in your vehicle.

We will have baskets for smaller items to take to cashier.

Please keep your children under control at all times!

We will be managing the number of people inside the house, numbers will be issued first come first serve. There will be a limited number of people allowed
inside the house – as folks leave the house, others will be allowed in.

We will have security in the house - Changing of price stickers, removal of price stickers, or shoplifting will not be tolerated. Sold stickers will be placed on items only after full payment.
