MAX 20 people at a time. NUMBERS WILL BE HANDED OUT 1 HOUR BEFORE START TIME and we will use these cards when setting the items aside you wish to purchase!! Each separate purchase must have a number/name and we will have a holding station for items you have picked out.
December 2nd is First choice Friday and all items are priced as marked. Because this is a liquidation, IF YOU PURCHASE OVER $100 I will take 20% OFF. Saturday Dec. 3rd, everything will be 50% OFF AND Sunday, Dec. 4th everything will be 75% OFF except furniture. We will take reasonable offers on furniture and are open to “bulk” deals.
Please bring help to load larger items. Unless otherwise arranged, items must be removed By December 4th at 5:00pm
We will be following VA State Retail guidelines for operations. We will have hand sanitizer and social distancing is expected. Please respect your fellow Estate Sale followers.

** IKEA Bags are great but they can be a disruption for our system! Please give your items to one of our runners so that we may have the time to remove tags and process your sales sheet while you continue to shop.
