Online sale runs from now through 30, 2011, ending at 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 30. The property is located in Williamsburg, VA, zip code 23188. It must be picked-up in Williamsburg within seven days of the close of the auction. Location will be sent to winning bidders. By placing a bid on this auction, you are responsible for understanding and agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Our phone number is (757) 634-7979.
1. Payment may be made using PayPal, VISA, MASTER CARD, Discover, or American Express. Call us first if you need to make alternate payment arrangements.
2. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning/purchase price for auctions. This charge is needed to off-set our increased costs of labor. Buyers will be responsible for 5% sales tax.
3. The Customer must pay for auctioned property before pick-up unless prior arrangements have been made.
4. Customers who have not paid for property by the time of pick-up forfeit any claim to the property and that forfeited property may be sold to another buyer.
5. Property purchased must be picked up on day, date. The time of pick up will be by appointment. If you require special pick-up hours contact us before winning the item, or as soon as you become aware of a problem. You will be provided the pick-up address and directions to the location at auction’s end (it will be on the invoice emailed to you).
6. Property that has been paid for yet has not been picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up period will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund.
7. Please bring enough help to lift, carry, and load your purchases, and use a vehicle with enough space to hold your items.
8. Customers will be charged a $10.00 handling and storage fee for each item of property that has to be transported from its original location.
9. Property paid for and not picked up within 7 days of the end of the auction will be considered abandoned and will be resold.
10. Everything is sold as is and where is. No warranties are given or implied. All sales are final. If you have questions about operational status or the item’s condition, send us a question, or call us before bidding.
11. ATTENTION NEW BUYERS: At the close of an auction, new bidders should 1) pay using PayPal at the website, or 2) call us at (757) 634-7979 with your credit/debit information. It is important to contact us so that we know that you are aware of your responsibility to pay for and pick up your purchases on time. Be aware that your bid is a contract to pay for the items you win. You are responsible for honoring it. Please don’t bid if you are not willing and able to immediately pay for the property you win. Contact us if you have questions or difficulty processing your purchase.
12. Shipping: We are happy to ship property won at our auctions. If you need your item(s) shipped, contact us as early as possible before the auction ends to let us know. We can be reached at (757) 634-7979 if you would like to discuss arrangements for shipping. Costs for shipping and handling will be the purchaser's responsibility. Once you notify us that you'll need an item shipped if you win it, we'll get you a quote for shipping the item to you.
13. Notification of winning bids: We will send an invoice to auction winners soon after the auction ends. The invoice will provide the buyer with the purchase amount, the exact address for picking up your purchase, and the day(s) and hours of pick up.

15. Disclaimer: Despite our best efforts to accurately describe property, it is possible that the buyer and seller may have a difference of opinion on the condition of a piece of property. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the photos, research, and ask questions before bidding. All items are sold as is. In the case of obvious faults (chips, cracks, significant damage, etc) we do our best to list the fault within the description. We will provide descriptions based on our assessment of an item. However, we do not assume that our assessment of condition will be the same as your assessment. Most of the items we sell are used, antique, or vintage.
