MAX 20 people at a time. NUMBERS WILL BE HANDED OUT 1 HOUR BEFORE START TIME and we will use these cards when setting the items aside you wish to purchase!! Each separate purchase must have a number/name and we will have a holding station for items you have picked out.
April 29th is First choice Friday and all items are priced as marked. Because this is a liquidation, IF YOU PURCHASE OVER $100 I will take 20% OFF. Saturday April 30th, everything will be 50% OFF AND Sunday, May 1st everything will be 75% OFF.
Please bring help to load larger items. If you purchase and Peg Wall, Slat Wall or Grid wall, you are responsible for disassembly/ removing it. Unless otherwise arranged, items must be removed By May 1st at 5:00pm
We will be following VA State Retail guidelines for operations. We will have hand sanitizer and social distancing is expected. Please respect your fellow Estate Sale followers.
Not responsible for any accidents, all items sold as is and if you break it, you buy it please. We have some boxes but please
bring yours and packaging material if you
have them.
** IKEA Bags are great but they can be a disruption for our system! Please give your items to one of our runners so that we may have the time to remove tags and process your sales sheet while you continue to shop.
*** Two of my best team mates are on vacation so please be patient. We will get you checked out accurately and as quick as possible.
